
Boxing is a high energy sport that offers the ultimate workout while drastically increasing the striking ability of any martial artist. Our coaching staff teaches the science of boxing by developing a strong foundation of basic skills through drills and conditioning activities. The Champion Boxing program is available for experienced boxers, as well as for first time boxing students. The basics of American boxing are taught, which focus on developing fundamental boxing skills through conditioning activities and offensive/defensive drills. Sparring is light and only done under direct supervision of the coach. While this class is not solely a fitness program, it does allow students to punch away pounds and stress while getting a great cardio workout. Students learn boxing fundamentals through our circuit training system, and further develop skills through hands-on practice. Personal training is available, and competition is available for select participants.
